I thought it was char koi. But Mr Husband insisted it was Kuih Tulang [=bone cake]. So, Kuih Tulang it is. Its got a nice texture and  slight crispiness to it eventhough its been standing out for a while. Nice finger food. And we sure got a lot for MYR 3.
